What you get
These terms are an agreement between you and the person named above, who runs Shotglot.
Shotglot is a Figma plugin that turns your template frames and a pasted sheet into App Store and Google Play screenshot sets, one per language, checks them against the stores’ screenshot rules and exports them in a zip in fastlane folders. Free makes and exports one language and has no time limit. Pro makes and exports every language in the sheet. You can use Shotglot, Free and Pro, for personal and client work.
You need a Figma account and Figma in the desktop app or a browser. Figma’s own terms apply to Figma. Shotglot isn’t made by, or affiliated with, Figma, Apple or Google; App Store and Google Play are their owners’ trademarks.
These terms apply from the first time you run the plugin. You can stop at any time and remove the plugin from Figma. Shotglot can stop offering the plugin to new users with at least 30 days’ notice on this page; Pro you’ve bought keeps working as described under Pro. Shotglot can block someone who keeps breaking the fair-use rules after a warning.
Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase, sold in Figma Community, and it doesn’t expire. The price is shown on the plugin’s Community page and at checkout.
Figma runs the sale: it takes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies, and handles refunds and payment questions. Figma’s terms cover the purchase itself. Your right to use Pro comes from Figma’s Community Paid Resource License, and these terms add to it.
Pro belongs to the Figma account you bought it with: the plugin asks Figma whether that account has Pro, so there is no key to enter or keep. A purchase can’t be moved to another account; on another account Pro has to be bought again.
If Shotglot stops being developed or is taken down from Community, Pro keeps working for you as long as Figma keeps the plugin available to buyers, as Figma does for delisted resources.
Refunds
Figma refunds a purchase automatically if you ask within 24 hours. After that, a refund is Figma’s decision; write to Figma, and if you write to the address above too, Shotglot will support your request.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, the law also lets you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you agreed at checkout to get Pro straight away and confirmed that you lose this right. To withdraw, ask Figma for a refund or write to the address above; if the right applies and Figma doesn’t refund you, Shotglot will. All your other statutory rights stay as they are.
Fair use
- Don’t use the plugin with unlawful content.
- Don’t get around Figma’s purchase check.
- Your designs, sheets and screenshots stay yours; Shotglot gets no rights to them.
How it works and risks
The plugin changes your file only when you click Generate copies or Create sample, it puts its copies in its own section and leaves your templates as they are, and each run can be undone in Figma. Exported files go only where you save them.
The store checks follow Apple’s and Google’s published screenshot rules as of the date each rule was checked. Apple and Google decide what they accept and can change their rules, so a set that passes in Shotglot can still be rejected; check the stores’ current requirements before you publish. The plugin is looked after with care, but it can have bugs, and Figma can change how its services work. Keep copies of files that matter.
Liability
If you use Shotglot for your business, and not as a consumer or a sole trader buying outside your profession, Shotglot’s liability for damage is limited to what you paid for Pro (or 100 PLN if you use only Free), except for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence. If you’re a consumer, or a sole trader buying outside your profession, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
Complaints
If something doesn’t work as described here or on the plugin’s Community page, write to the address above with what happened, ideally with a screenshot. You get an answer within 14 days. If Pro doesn’t work as described and Shotglot can’t fix it in reasonable time, you can ask for a lower price or end the contract and get your money back.
Changes
These terms change only for a good reason: a change in the law or a court or authority decision, a change in Figma, the App Store or Google Play that affects the plugin, a security need, or a new feature (the change then covers only that feature). A change appears here at least 14 days before it applies, with the date it applies from. If you don’t accept it, you can stop using the plugin before that date. A change never takes away or cuts down Pro you’ve already bought, and never adds a charge for it.
Law
Polish law applies. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection the law of the country where you live gives you, and you can take a dispute to a court there.
