What you get
These terms are an agreement between you and the person named above, who runs SheetSync.
SheetSync Text is a Figma plugin that fills layers from a Google Sheet or a CSV file. Text sync is free and has no time limit. Plus adds images, colors, show and hide, template cards, component variants and instance swaps. You can use SheetSync, Free and Plus, for personal and client work.
The SheetSync server works alongside the plugin only to download a public sheet when the direct download doesn’t work. Plus doesn’t depend on it.
You need a Figma account, Figma in the desktop app or a browser, and internet access to read a Google Sheet or download images. Figma’s own terms apply to Figma.
These terms apply from the first time you run the plugin. You can stop at any time and remove the plugin from Figma. SheetSync can stop offering the plugin to new users or shut down the server with at least 30 days’ notice on this page; Plus you’ve bought keeps working as described under Plus. SheetSync can block someone who keeps breaking the fair-use rules after a warning.
Plus
Plus is a one-time purchase, sold in Figma Community, and it doesn’t expire. The price is shown on the plugin’s Community page and at checkout.
Figma runs the sale: it takes the payment, charges sales tax or VAT where it applies, and handles refunds and payment questions. Figma’s terms cover the purchase itself. Your right to use Plus comes from Figma’s Community Paid Resource License, and these terms add to it.
Plus belongs to the Figma account you bought it with: the plugin asks Figma whether that account has Plus, so there is no key to enter or keep. A purchase can’t be moved to another account; on another account Plus has to be bought again.
If SheetSync stops being developed or is taken down from Community, Plus keeps working for you as long as Figma keeps the plugin available to buyers, as Figma does for delisted resources.
Refunds
Figma refunds a purchase automatically if you ask within 24 hours. After that, a refund is Figma’s decision; write to Figma, and if you write to the address above too, SheetSync will support your request.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, the law also lets you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you agreed at checkout to get Plus straight away and confirmed that you lose this right. To withdraw, ask Figma for a refund or write to the address above; if the right applies and Figma doesn’t refund you, SheetSync will. All your other statutory rights stay as they are.
Fair use
- Don’t use the plugin or the SheetSync server with unlawful content.
- Don’t overload the server or get around Figma’s purchase check.
- Your designs and sheets stay yours; SheetSync gets no rights to them.
How it works and risks
Before a sync changes anything, you see a preview, and a sync can be undone in Figma. The plugin and the server are looked after with care, but they can have bugs or outages, and Google or Figma can change how their services work. Keep copies of files that matter.
A sheet shared as “Anyone with the link can view” can be read by anyone who has the link, so don’t put confidential data in it. The plugin downloads images from the servers your sheet links to, so those servers see your IP address.
Liability
If you use SheetSync for your business, and not as a consumer or a sole trader buying outside your profession, SheetSync’s liability for damage is limited to what you paid for Plus (or 100 PLN if you use only Free), except for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence. If you’re a consumer, or a sole trader buying outside your profession, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
Complaints
If something doesn’t work as described here or on the SheetSync page, write to the address above with what happened, ideally with a screenshot. You get an answer within 14 days. If Plus doesn’t work as described and SheetSync can’t fix it in reasonable time, you can ask for a lower price or end the contract and get your money back.
Changes
These terms change only for a good reason: a change in the law or a court or authority decision, a change in Figma or Google that affects the plugin, a security need, or a new feature (the change then covers only that feature). A change appears here at least 14 days before it applies, with the date it applies from. If you don’t accept it, you can stop using the plugin before that date. A change never takes away or cuts down Plus you’ve already bought, and never adds a charge for it.
Law
Polish law applies. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection the law of the country where you live gives you, and you can take a dispute to a court there.
